What I do: "I work with companies buying or selling equipment valued from $5,000 to $75,000. The business I am involved in is equipment leasing, and it pays extremely well."
Type of equipment: "If you can purchase it...it can be leased. I focus exclusively on business-to-business transactions. Office furniture, security systems, medical equipment, manufacturing equipment, construction vehicles, commercial refrigeration, etc. The list is endless."
How I do it: "Using telephone, e-mail and fax I contact Sales Managers and explain how offering leasing as a financing option to their prospective customers helps sell more equipment. I also contact Purchasing Managers and explain the benefits of leasing their next capital investment.
How I get paid: "When a buyer or seller contacts me to handle a lease transaction, I get paid by a funding source for my services as a Finder. The amount I get averages 8% of the selling price. For example, if the equipment transaction is worth $50,000 than the commission I receive from the funding company is $4,000."
Why I am looking for an Assistant: "With 8 out of every 10 US Companies leasing all or part of their capital purchases, leasing has developed into a $230 billion industry. With the current tight economy, companies want to hold on to as much cash as they can and leasing allows them to do that. There is just too much business out there for one man to handle. You don't need to be a CPA or have an MBA degree to successful as my Assistant...common sense, good phone skills and the willingness to follow direction is all you need."
What I'm offering: "I am looking for someone who has some business experience and can make 50 to 100 telephone calls per day. For the right person I am willing to share the fees earned on a 50/50 basis. As my assistant you should be motivated and want to earn a starting income of $100,000+ your first year."
